You may raise concerns about:
Providers in our network operate as independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with tree work at your property, usually start by discussing it with the provider. Keep a written record of that discussion.
Please also tell us. Your feedback helps us maintain an honest network. A provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Eddapp Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on that provider's behalf.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened and may contact the provider during that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.
If our response does not address your concern, reply and request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. Your state or local licensing office may be able to help with concerns involving licensed contractors.
