How referrals and payments work

Eddapp Tree Service may be paid for calls or referrals. This disclosure explains the referral service and how those payments work. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Where Your Request Goes

Eddapp Tree Service connects homeowners with independent local tree removal providers. The provider handles any tree removal, storm cleanup, stump grinding, trimming or other tree work you arrange. Eddapp Tree Service does not perform these services.

Requests submitted through this site may go to a local provider or to a marketing partner that works with providers serving your area.

Payment for Calls and Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Eddapp Tree Service for calls, submitted forms or other referrals. Payment may depend on call length or whether the call is answered. Eddapp Tree Service may receive payment even if you do not hire the provider.

The provider sets its own prices and payment terms. Ask the provider for a written quote that explains the charges before you agree to any work. Payment for that work is arranged directly with the provider.

Responsibility for Tree Work

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Eddapp Tree Service does not direct or supervise their work. Each provider is responsible for:

• Its quotes, prices and terms
• Work quality, safety and scheduling
• Any licenses and insurance required for the job
• Its communication and conduct

A referral is not an endorsement of a provider's work. Payment arrangements and provider participation may affect which provider receives your request. The service does not compare every provider in your area.

Your Choice of Provider

You have no obligation to hire a provider referred through this service. Ask about the work you need and check the provider's insurance before deciding. A written quote should explain the scope of work and whether debris removal is included. You can compare quotes from other providers.

Call Tracking and Recording

Calls placed through the website may be tracked. Some may also be recorded for quality checks, verification and billing.
